Hauthane HD-2107
An aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties.
Suggested Uses: HD-2107 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood.
Characteristics:
- Extreme toughness, abrasion and mar resistance
- Outstanding water and chemical resistance
- Excellent exterior weathering performance
- Can be crosslinked to enhance performance
- Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water
- Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent

Application
HD-2107 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.
Curing
| HD-2107 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness. Typical drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties. |
