Application
L-3101 may be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for application by conventional or air-assisted spray equipment. It may be thickened with associative thickeners to attain desired application rheology. |
Curing
L-3101 may be air dried at ambient temperatures with the addition of 7 – 8 % DPnB coalescing solvent. For thermal curing 5 – 7 % DPnB co-solvent addition is recommended. Typical oven drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
