Hauthane HD-4638 DMM
A soft, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, water-borne, polyurethane dispersion.
Suggested Uses: HD-4638 DMM was designed for use in textile applications as a versatile polyurethane coating. Due to its overall properties, L-2961 can be used as a finish or a coating for many textile applications. This product is ideally suited for use as an anti-fray finish on textile fabrics that must have a soft hand. HD-4638 DMM is also suitable for textile coating applications that require excellent low temperature flexibility and crack resistance.

Application
| Spray or pad — solids may be adjusted for optimum add-on. Rheology may be modified with associative thickeners for knife coating applications. |
Curing
HD-4638 DMM will form a film at ambient temperatures. Typical oven drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
